Mr. Zhou Shaoen is Associate Professor at The Beijing Institute of Fashion Technology. Known for his expertise in the application of high-performance materials, sustainable design for healthy lifestyles; as well as functional sports clothing design. The vast design experience he holds includes working with Winter Olympics Games Performance as Fashion designer, as the Chief Designer for world military games, and as the Chief Designer for the National Games China.

His recent work earned him the title ‘Fashion Designer of Celebration’ at the 70th anniversary of the founding of the people’s Republic of China. Previously held positions include Assistant Dean (BIFT), Deputy Director of Human- Centered Research Lab and been responsible for the Direction of Sportswear Design(BIFT). Zhou Shaoen has worked with the Institute of exploration, and as Design Director at OzarkGear and that in not to mention his founding of IdéesKréatiOn research and innovation design studio.
